FRANCHISE INVESTMENT DETAILS
1.How many store formats are there?

There are 2 store formats- Express model ( EBU exclusive business units or Food Court) and Dine-In (Signature & Premium)
. 2. How much does the Express Model cost?
A minimum of 150–250 square feet of carpet area is required to set up an Express model that combines the operational area and the kitchen. The setup cost will likely be between 18-20 lakhs plus applicable taxes (inclusive 5 Lakhs franchise fee)
3. How much does the Signature model cost?
A minimum of 300-600 square feet of carpet area is required to set up a signature model that combines the operational area and the kitchen. The setup cost will likely be between 23-30 lakhs plus applicable taxes (inclusive 8 Lakhs franchise fee).
4. How much does the Premium model cost?
A minimum of 700+ square feet of carpet area is required to set up a premium model that combines the operational area and the kitchen. The setup cost will likely start from 34 lakhs plus applicable taxes (inclusive 9 Lakhs franchise fee).
5. What is the ROI ( Return on investment)?
The return on any investment is influenced by a number of variables, including location, demographics, catchment, rentals, projected revenue, carpet area, franchisee's involvement, SOPs, etc.

The average food cost is 40% (approx.) (including Vegetables, oil, buns, patties, sauces, and packaging material). The gross margin is 60% (approx.) and the net margin is 22-26% (approx.) These numbers are tentative projections subject to location, store size, and rentals.
7. What is the Royalty (For each outlet type)?
Royalty for all models is the same and is fixed at 4% plus applicable taxes on gross sales on a monthly basis.

LOCATION
1.Does TBC help in property scouting?
Yes, TBC helps in searching for the right property once the LOI is signed and the token amount is paid.
2. I have my own shop. Can I use that for the outlet?
Yes, we can explore the property and look at the feasibility from a business perspective. It should be in a good high street/ premium area where we can expect good sales and visibility.
AGREEMENT
1.Franchise agreement tenure?
The agreement time period is 5 years.
2. What is the franchise agreement renewal fee and when to be paid?
Franchise fee renewal is done after 5 years and it is renewed with half of the initial franchise fee.
DESIGN
1.Who will do the designing of the outlet?
TBC has an in-house design team which will be responsible for designing the outlet.
2. Can I change the design?
No, design cannot be changed as there are set CI norms (Corporate Identity) & and design standards that cannot be changed.
FIT-OUT & MACHINERY
1.Who will do the project fit-out?
Fit-out will be entirely done by TBC’s fit-out team only.
2. Who will provide kitchen machinery & equipment?
TBC will provide kitchen machinery & and equipment.
3. How long does it take to open the store?
TBC has a 60-day store-launch process in which the store will be fully operational run subject to adherence to payment timelines & and completion of the Scope of work in a timely manner.
HR PROCESS
1.Who will be responsible for hiring?
TBC provides assistance in hiring by sourcing CVs on a local level or regional level (subject to the requirements). Interviews will be taken by our HR and a list of shortlisted employees will be shared. For post-launch hiring, TBC can provide assistance but primarily it falls under the franchisee's responsibility.
2. No. of employees needed?
It primarily depends on the store size (Carpet Area) and volume of orders but the estimated staff members and estimated employees are Takeaway ( 4-6 employees), Signature ( 9-11 employees), and Premium (13+ employees).
3. Who will issue an offer letter?
Offer letters will be issued to employees by franchisees on their company letterhead. A format for your reference will be shared by TBC.
4. Who will pay the salaries of the employees?
Since it's a FOFO model, salaries are to be paid by the Franchisee owner from the date of joining.
TRAINING PROCESS
1.Where will be the training conducted?
Training for Franchisee’s owners & and staff members will be conducted at the outlet by TBC’s trainer. However, The company reserves the right to change the training location at its discretion.
2. Who will the cost of cost of training expenses post-launch?
Post-launch franchisee will have to bare the training expenses (including travel expenses, food & and accommodation).

RAW MATERIAL
1.Who will provide the raw material?
To differentiate our products & and brand from the market, there are many in-house ingredients that are customized & and manufactured, especially for TBC such as seasoning, sauces, packaging material, etc. that are to be procured centrally. There are some other items that are to be procured from TBC’s authorized distributors.
2. Who will do the Vendor Alignment?
It will be done by TBC’s operations and supply chain team. Vendors are sourced & and aligned at local and regional levels both.
MENU
1.What is the menu type?
There is an only-veg and Regular menu (Veg and Non-veg) that can be followed.
2. Can I add any item to the menu?
No addition of any item to the menu is allowed. There is a new product development team at TBC which ensures frequent additions to the menu.
