Ancillary Support
1.1 Initial Recruitment & training would be a part of the Franchise agreement. 1.2 The franchisor shall continue to assist with recruitment for all functions on a cost basis. The Franchisor shall appoint an Area manager to monitor all operations at its own cost. Marketing and central promotions will be conducted by the Franchisor, However, local promotions would be by the franchisee.
Medicines and other Consumables? NuAyurveda clinic has its own range of Classical, Proprietary, and life Style products which shall be made available exclusively to the franchisee. Each Franchisee is expected to raise a monthly requirement of a minimum of Rs. 60k. Disposable products would be made available either from the company or from authorized vendors to maintain quality and consistency.
A Typical Set-up? Approx 1000 sq. ft of carpet area, preferably on the ground floor with Good Frontage. • 4 self-contained therapy rooms. • 1 Doctor chamber • Reception and Common areas with pantry.
Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO) This model is especially suitable for active investors or Investors from Ayurveda backgrounds. Franchise Fee: • It would be a one-time payment in consideration of the granting of Franchisee. • Franchise is granted for an initial period of Seven (7) years. • It will cover the initial training cost of the staff and management. • The right to use the NuAyurveda Brand Name, NuAyurveda Products, NuAyurveda Standard Operating processes.
Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO) Investor Model • The investor to make up the place as per company norms and hand over the daily operations of the company. • The company will be liable for all operating expenses. • The investment is equated in 60 installments as a return of principal and a further 36 as assured returns. • The agreement for the property has to be Bi-party for investor-owned property or Triparty for leased properties.
