Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Franchise Discovery believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing a request with payment. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the other party and they have initiated the business process.

• Franchise Discovery is a service provider and only a platform for user(s) to interact with other user(s) for entering into a franchise business. Franchise Discovery does not engage with any kind of shipping and delivery of products/materials or any kind of deliverable item.
