Hawte, an ice cream boutique from New Zealand has been in India since 2016, and has been serving delicious ice creams and other dessert bites through its outlets in Mumbai. Growing by the day under Co-founder & CEO, Bhargav Iyer, Hawte means “Have a wonderful time every time.”
Hawte serves slow-churned ice creams that are infused with alcohol to form a delicious artisanal ice cream in 350+ flavors. The cyclic menu also offers a range of sandwiches and milk shakes, which can be enjoyed over seasons.
Hawte franchises are available for an investment of 10 lakhs pan India. The café model is a successful one with decent margins made over the retail price. The alcohol concept is another reason why youngsters flock to this outlet. Ice creams with a hint of Old Monk or whiskey is a novelty concept in India, and makes for a truly international experience.
Hawte provides training for all franchisees, and the franchise is available through the FOFO model. Return over Investment (ROI) is expected in 16 to 18 months.
