Nandri’s menu has seen many recipes at the hands of many chefs. It took a year and a half to land on a menu which was perfected by many experienced chefs. After that, Mr. Mohak Dubey went to invent a dish which was idea of his friends creativity and Mr. Dubey’s consistency which was never seen before in the market called “Nandri Special Dosa”. Today they are serving their infamous Dosa in their outlet. The dosa is filled with tangy gunpowder masala and is served with 4 variety of chutney and hot sambhar. They have the most unique tasting dishes which are delectable and have top notch quality in market. Their speciality is Non Veg Madrasi Thali, Idli platter, egg dosa, gun powder idli and Rassam.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Mohak Dubey is the founder of Nandri which was incepted in the year 2020. Mr. Mohak Dubey is a young gentlemen who has finished his graduation from Nagpur. He was always wanted to do something in hospitality industry but after his studies of post graduation from US. But to make things short he skipped the idea of going to US and took franchise of Cafe mocha in INDORE and won best cafe and bar continuously from year 2015 uptill now. Which apart from serving good food they use to serve alcoholic beverages too. And then after his experience he landed up on the idea of serving authentic , delicious south indian cuisine through his restaurant called NANDRI and became one of the unique concept as they use to serve veg and non-veg south indian delicacies and even covering Goan cuisine.
EXPANSION OF THE BRAND
NANDRI has always believed in serving quality dishes to customers hence he was not keen on expanding his brand through franchising till 2020. They thought maybe their quality would falter and not be consistent if they would dive into Francises. Before that they only served their food through 1 outlet served owned by Mr. Mohak Dubey. But, if you seemed to be a success everyone wants to join on it.
