Franchise Store Policy

1.1 A Franchise Kit Fees INR-50,000 (Non Refundable).
1.2 Billing would be done on as per the MRP.
1.3 A Stock Correction facility is available on Quarterly basis however it's not permissible beyond 15% of the stock value (T&C apply).
1.4 Jacario promises no guarantee for selective requisition from franchisee. Inventory fulfilment is subject to availability of stock as well management discretion
1.5 All the franchise expenses such as lease/rent/staff salary etc. to be paid by the franchise only. Store Interior and exterior designs must be in accord with the theme and brand designations of the company.
1.6 The prospective Franchise must ensure that the Store would be ready within 30 days of its approval
1.7 Store Need to follow Recruitment Policy and follow healthy gender ratio.
1.8 The franchise must have an articulated Visual Merchandise.
1.9 Store need to share daily sales report
1.10 There would be a Monthly as well as Quarterly Stock Audit
1.11 Store need to maintain the stock as per the first dispatched stock value.
1.12 Every Franchise must use the company's Software for its daily operations.
1.13 Company reserves the right to terminate any franchise agreement upon the non-compliance or breach of its policies.
