1.1 Can you tell us about Froozo?
Froozo is a full fledge live café brand started in late 2016 at mumbai. By having our own manufacturing unit we supply 80% of the raw materials to our franchises which helps them to maintain quality consistent and increase their profits. Today we are running 82+ café and targeting 150 stores by 2023 end.
1.2 What differentiates Froozo from other brands?
Froozo has a live kitchen concept, which means every item will be prepared fresh & live in front of the customers. Secondly, we don’t charge, royalty as investors can use that amount in terms of local area marketing which will help them to increase their customer walk-ins.
1.3 What will be the franchise cost, if I wish to acquire Froozo franchise?
The total cost is INR 15 lakhs + gst for 350 sq.ft. above investment includes ribbon cut shop which covers entire things like interior & exterior, machinery & equipment, lights & fixtures, civil, the seating area of 24 people, etc.
1.4 What will be the ROI (return on investment)?
Return on investment depends upon the location to location. still, we consider 8 to 12 months max as we give 75 to 80% gross profit.

80% of the raw material will be supplied by the brand to maintain quality consistent. 20% of materials like daily veggies, milk, etc need to be purchased locally.
