Agreement & Training

Initially CFD will assist the Franchise by providing them the following Franchisee training programs:

Training at the corporate location (Phase I):It is expected that CFD will provide franchisees with an approximately ONE DAY) of initial basic training at the corporate location designated by the Franchisor, beginning approximately (SIXTY DAYS)  before the franchisee is scheduled to open the business.

Phase I instruction will cover the followings:

  • Billing
  • FAQs and common queries by customers and their resolution

Complete Staff Training at Company owned Food truck will be provided, the salaries and the training cost have to be borne by franchisee.

Onsite Training (Phase II):On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. An experienced trainer from CFD will provide on-site training for a period of (ONE DAY) to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.

The franchisee will not be allowed to commence operations until the franchisee has successfully completed Phase-I of the initial training program.  If the franchisee fails to meet the initial requirements specified by CFD, the Franchisor may review the Franchise Agreement.

Support / Responsibility

CFD is dedicated to the success of its franchise network. Therefore, each franchisee can expect consistent support from CFD . As part of this continuing support, the following services have been developed to assist you in all aspects of operating your Franchise.

Site design

CFD brand owners and managers will provide design specifications; will look into overall look and feel of the design of  the food truck

Training and Assistance

A TWO days training and familiarization course will be held in two phases, covering all aspects of conducting business at CFD franchise operations. The first phase (ONE DAY) of PRODUCT training will be held at the corporate office/ of CFD/ or the Agency office “TrendingFranchise” and the second phase (ONE DAY) will be held at Franchisee’s location live at the food truck .

Continuing Education   

Time to time, the franchisor may provide refresher training programs or seminars to you. You will be responsible for all expenses(if required) incurred to attend these training sessions, including travel and lodging expenses if conducted into another city/state. You are expected to attend such programs to improve your sales and for the success of your franchise business.

Marketing Materials and Marketing Aids

CFD will publish a variety of marketing materials and marketing aids specifically designed to promote the business. You will be able to order the tools you will need to carry on successful marketing efforts.

Proprietary Software

We will introduce the required POS software into the system; you will receive detailed information and training on your requirement to use this software and any other computer programs required by us to be used in connection with the system.

Operations Consulting

CFD will provide you the consulting services in all aspects of your business operations. This manual, will be continually updated as improvements are made in the system, is a part of this service. In addition, a Franchise manager will periodically visit your location to provide on-going assistance as needed.

Business Strategy Consulting

CFD will provide you the consulting services in all aspects of your business  This manual, will be continually updated as improvements are made in the system, is a part of this service. In addition, a Franchise manager will periodically visit your location to provide on-going assistance as needed.

Right Product Mix

The product mix is the collection of products in the menu  that a CFD chooses to offer its market. CFD will regularly supply special ingridents / products to franchisee at franchise location if needed .

CFD will be involved in continuous Product development and research and will launch market friendly products like combos and up selling products curation as per the availability and profitability of the food truck location

Ongoing Research and Development

CFD will conduct on-going research and development and other enhancements to the systems. Any new developments that are proven to be effective will be passed along to you.The new products training will be given on time to time basis.

Digital Presence

Franchisor will make sure the CFD food truck is listed with Market Aggregator like Swiggy,Zomato,Uber as per the area.

Also,the franchisor will support in FSSAI procurement, a prerequisite for Aggregator Tie-up
