Playden music & dance program is an entertainment-based program where musical concepts of beat, rhythm, tempo, pitch, and dynamics are explored. The overall aim of the program is to develop confidence, self-esteem, and social skills in those children attending and to nurture an interest in music through performance and other activities. We define the basics of singing, music, and dance performance as: Breathing techniques. Microphone technique and performance skills. Basic harmony. Choreographed and modern, folk & classical dances. Vocal hygiene, proper use, and care of the voice so as to avoid damage and injury. Understanding basic rhythms and time signatures.

Programs included in this franchise system are:
Playden fitness – A fitness program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and adults of all age groups.
Playden Sports – Program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and adults of all age groups.
Playden Performing Arts – Program which includes learning Music (Indian Classical), Dance (Western And Classical), Instruments (Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, Flute, Djing & Music Production) for all age groups. The program is presented to address the following: Cognitive learning Fine and gross motor skills Visual and auditory processing and memory Self-control and turn-taking (social skills)
This fee is included in your franchise fee and covers:
1.1 All relevant presentation programs – Training for teachers appointed for Music, Dance, Fitness, Sports, Admin & Counseling. 1.2 Business development, marketing, and customer service. 1.3 Use the Franchise Manual to obtain optimum results. 1.4 Intensive monitoring, liaison, and support during the development period plus ongoing assistance to achieve business plans. 1.5 Business Needs Analysis to ascertain how the Playden support team can best assist franchisees on an ongoing basis. 1.6 Assistance in organization of advertising campaign including creatives, media, costings, and initial bookings but excluding costs of the actual advertisements. 1.7 Copyrighted curriculum, examination, and certifications. 1.8 Workshops, frequent jam sessions, recitals, stage shows & events.
On-going monthly marketing
1.1 Management of group brand awareness/business development advertising. 1.2 Development and management of websites. 1.3 Web-based advertising. 1.4 Magazine advertising as required. 1.5 Social media campaigns. 1.6 Live performances and activities to promote the brand (events need to be qualified). 1.7 Expos and other industry events as agreed by the group. 1.8 Marketing budgets are set and monitored centrally.

The costs of joining the Playden network as a franchisee are currently
• A ‘one off’ initial franchise fee which is calculated on the opportunity of the area (based on the demographics and number of early learning centers).
• A royalty of 10% of gross turnover, paid monthly by a franchisee.
• Prop kits for each program will need to be purchased from Playden Schools' head office.
• The Franchise fee includes a training component also.
