1) May I find my own location ?
Answer :- Yes, it is your responsibility to locate a prime location and conduct a site analysis on the demographics, traffic counts and visibility criteria. A Mastt Kulfi representative will advise and assist you in the process, which leads to the approval or disapproval of the identified site.

2) What store design assistance will I receive ?
Answer :- We work with architects and designers to create detailed and functional building plans, product display counters and store designs that are another integral part of mastt kulfi’s uniqueness. Each store features a carefully co-ordinates interior decor to provide a warm, pleasant and inviting ambiance.

3) What experience do I need to operate Mastt Kulfi store ?
Answer :- The primary considerations are financial stability and capability, enthusiasm combined with a good work ethic and the desire to excel.

4) Do Mastt Kulfi stores require franchisees to be actively involved in operating them ?
Answer :- Yes. One of the criteria before awarding the franchise rights to a successful franchisee is that the stores must be owner-operated. Mastt kulfi requires and responds to the personal input and attention of the owner. It is very important that the franchisee becomes personally involved in all aspects of the business. You can expect to work many long hours, especially in the start-up stage. You should be willing and capable of performing sales, promotions, and other functions that are required on a daily basis. The demands on you personally can be minimized by your ability to attract, motivate and retain capable employees.

5) What form of training is provided ?
Answer :- We will provide you with store management training. This is a mandatory training program on the concept and standards of operations expected in each store, which also incorporates management skills classroom training for store management.

6) What about digital advertising ?
Answer :- Building recognition of the brand name and unique concept is an essential ongoing objective that benefits your franchise. For this purpose, each franchisee shall add a monthly contribution of 4000/- to the franchiser. This includes the development cost for design and production of our social media designs, social media management, etc. This excludes the cost of the material and advertisement.

7) Are the products competitively priced ?
Answer :- Yes. By capitalizing on the bulk purchasing power of Mastt Kulfi, all the products are priced at the minimal for better margins.

8) Who decides what prices will be charged for the products ?
Answer :- You do. However, we will provide you with a recommended guide, which will give you pricing suggestions based on our costing analysis and competitive market comparisons.

9) Can I sell my Mastt Kulfi store franchise ? 
Answer :- Yes. Like any other business it may be sold to a buyer approved by the franchiser. However, the franchiser has the right of first refusal.

10) Is the franchisee required to purchase all products from Mastt Kulfi directly ?
Answer :- Yes. We will provide you with all the Kulfi flavours required but the transportation cost shall be paid by the franchisee.

We aim to serve our customers with kulfi which will remind them of their childhood days, when kulfi was natural and made out of fresh buffalo milk. Presently, after long years of switching to ice cream, mastt kulfi plans to make kulfi cool again, by serv-ing kulfi in both sticks and slices. We have come up with natural and delicious flavours for a heavenly ex-perience. Various flavours of fruit (including seasonal), dry fruit and chocolate have been prepared with utmost love and care for everyone. For a traditional feel, we are also serving kulfi matkas in traditional flavours to bring the delightful feel of matka kulfi back.

Additionally, we have added sugar-free kulfis to our menu. Sugar-free kulfis have been prepared with `stevia' a natural sugar substitute derived from stevia leaves which have zero calories and is good for health.

- 2-in-1, 3-in-1, 4-in-1 kulfis sticks and slices are created to treat the taste buds of our customers.
- No matter who visits us, young or old, health-con-scious or sweet-toothed, we have got everyone covered.
