Asharfilal Gupta, who hails from Village-Sonai, Dist- Mainpuri, (U.P), in the year 1945 at Manek Chowk opp. Manek Nath Baba Mandir Ahmedabad with the name of Ashrafi kulfi. Malai kulfi, Pista kulfi was the initial product under the umbrella of Asharfi kulfi.
