- As per government rule, GST will be applicable on each payment
Interior Cost is variable, which depends on design and area size (Sq.ft.)
- The franchisee needs to ensure property is made up and painted. All electrical points & water inlet and outlet with plumbing as per layout drawing is taken care.

1.1 MF rights are issued to qualified prospects only. The Territory would be a city, a club of cities, a part of the state or the full state depending on the potential of the business.
1.2 MF will have to open one outlet to showcase the concept and format to prospective parties.
1.3 MF will need to commit a minimum of 10 outlets (minimum guarantee may vary depending upon the business potential)  in the territory for the first year and pay 50% of the franchisee fee of these total outlets as a nonrefundable minimum guarantee. Franchisor & MF will share franchisee fee 50:50

MF will develop the territory and recruit sub-franchisees on behalf of the franchisor and brand as per the mutually agreed growth plan

MF will also act as the distributor for sub-franchisees. MF will store and supply items supplied by the franchisor to Sun franchisees/outlets. MF as distributor will be eligible to get a 5 – 10% margin on these supplies.

The agreement will be renewable year on year or for 5 years as desired by MF.
