- As per government rule GST will be applicable on each payment - Interior Cost is a variable, which is depends on design and area size (Sq.ft.)

1.9 The costs of joining the VIBGYOR MONTESSORI network as a franchisee are currently
1.10 A ‘one off’ initial franchise fee which is calculated on the opportunity of the area (based on the demographics and number of early learning centers).
1.11 Royalty of 10% of gross turnover, paid at the time of purchasing a kit by franchisee.
1.12 Prop kits for each student will need to be purchased from VIBGYOR MONTESSORI head office.
1.13 The Franchise fee includes a training component also.
This fee is included in your franchise fee and covers:
1.1 All relevant presentation programs – Training for teachers appointed for Admin & Counselling, non teaching Staff training, essential Montessori training to teachers & Centre head.
1.2 Business development, marketing and customer service.
1.3 Use of the Franchise Manual to obtain optimum results.
1.4 Intensive monitoring, liaison and support during the development period plus ongoing assistance to achieve business plans.
1.5 Business Needs Analysis to ascertain how the VIBGYOR MONTESSORI support team can best assist franchisees on an on-going basis.
1.6 Assistance in organization of advertising campaign including creatives, media, costings and initial bookings but excluding costs of the actual advertisements.
1.7 Copyrighted curriculum, examination and certifications.
1.8 Workshops, recitals, stage shows & events.
On going monthly marketing
1.1 Management of group brand awareness / business development advertising.
1.2 Development and management of websites.
1.3 Web based advertising.
1.4 Newspaper advertising as required.
1.5 Social media campaigns.
1.6 RWA & high street market activities (events need to be qualified).
1.7 Expos and other industry events as agreed by the group.
1.8 Marketing budgets set and monitored centrally.

What does my Franchise fee include?
1.1 Use of the VIBGYOR MONTESSORI name, logo, and professional identity. 1.2 Use of all VIBGYOR MONTESSORI programs, curriculum, and trademarks. 1.3 Agreement to operate a Franchise in a specific geographic area. 1.4 A Franchise Manual detailing business development and marketing plans, implementation method, and network experience. 1.5 Listing on the company website and social media. 1.6 Administration of special projects. 1.7 Initial database setup for class participants as well as child care centers, preschools, primary schools, and other potential income sources as they are identified. 1.8 Help in the initial setup of sessions as per the agreed business plan. 1.9 Access to the Franchisee resource website – all business and program admin documents. 1.10 All the necessary creatives & artwork for branding and promotions. 1.11 Your personal training.

1.2 The main basis of the business is providing educational programs for pre-schoolers. Alongside of this is an academy imparting training on dance, singing, instruments, sports & fitness, etc.
1.3 Programs included in this franchise system are:
