With the mainstream idea of serving tea with snacks to relax away from the worries of a long, tiring day, Chai Kulhad Club was founded in the year 2019' in Indore.
Yashwant Gupta along with Pritesh Gupta, founder, and co-founder, thought of establishing a Chai outlet, as a way to connect people with each other.
After working a 9-5 job at a call center and paving the way in marketing, both the founders came to the conclusion that none of their jobs satisfied them and they thought of taking an entrepreneur ideal road in pursuit to serve tea.
The pursuit led to the foundation of "Chai Kulhad Club"!! What we Vision!! Chai Kulhad Club is on a mission to make the world a better place by bringing a smile to everyone’s face along with an eco-friendly strategy of serving tea in Kulhdas. On-demand, we are dedicated to providing the greatest quality items and beverages.
Our vision to develop a place to sit, take a sip of chai, relax and chat is what we see to take forward. At the end of the day, a few minutes of carefree laugh is all that matters with friends. We see the same as our vision to deliver to our audience or customers.
With this vision, we hope to combine our rich Indian culture of values and morals with the world’s ever-changing ambiance to provide everyone with an amazing experience.

What did we do, to begin??
We started off with just the “idea”… Clueless about where to begin!
From going to buy a franchise to finally deciding to establish our own brand!
From searching for a place to start with to finding a great chef to work with us! From burning our hands teaching every chef to fuse the taste to facing electrical cut-offs!
We came into existence!!
Our major focus was to serve the best quality of Kulhad chai fused in the best flavors. To fuse the taste of the tea, we performed extensive tea experiments, to get you the best authentic taste.
Along with a cup of your chai, what we needed was to develop the taste of snacks, we blended the taste of western snacks in our style to enhance the taste. After our shares of struggles, we were all set to deliver you with the best set of A Cup of Tea and Snacks which your belly desires. How our customers connected to us!!?
Our attempt, after the whole setup, was to connect to the audience. To connect to the audience, we started by serving the regular Chai free of cost for customers to taste for two days straight. Also, we focused on the open mic to drive customers by entertaining.
Though, our marketing strategy wasn’t out of the box!
But we kept it intact. We focused on creating that lively vibe around us that keeps our customers wanting to come to us.
As the general statement states, “Pet se hoke jaata hai dil tak pahochne ka rasta”, we choose the same path to connect to the customers.
Surprisingly, it worked Miracles for us!!!

Somewhere on road to success, came a surprise!
Adding a taste to your cup was our delight. But when asked deeply, whether we wanted to expand and experiment, it was a big Yes, only for you guys!!
We attempted to add different flavors and small snacks to the mid-sized menu.
We started off with Masala Chai, Tulsi Chai, Cardamom Chai, Ginger Chai, Chocolate Chai, and much other flavored tea along with other refreshments, the hand-made snacks i.e Maggie, Burger, Sandwiches, and many other eatables.
How we were expanding came as a surprise to us!!
