SETUP The brand would evaluate the location, conduct location feasibility checks, do the fieldwork, visit nearby studios, gyms, and clubs and help with studio design and setup.
TRAINING The brand would conduct an extensive training program for the franchise partners to have more clarity about the business and process. Intensive Pilates Teacher Training will be provided for the instructors. Regular updating of the program via master instructors.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT The brand provides operational support for 1st quarter to set all the processes and streamline for the management.
ADVERTISING & PROMOTION The brand will focus on strategically advertising and promoting the franchise partner through our social media platform along with Yasmin Karachiwala's personal social media platforms.
MARKETING The brand will share its experience and knowledge in marketing & communicating the business proposition. The brand would also provide the logo and other marketing collaterals of Yasmin Karachiwala's Body Image.
OPERATIONS MANUAL The brand will provide a detailed operations manual containing mandatory and specifications, standards, operations procedures & rules for running the business.

1.1 Before the opening of any new Franchise, we recruit a minimum of 6 or less Trainers for Pilates at least 4 months prior to the studio opening, who undergo training for Movement & Principles , Mat -1 & 2 , Reformer - 1 & 2 ,Chair, Bodhi, etc. 1.2 They will be certified by Mrs. Karachiwala, and will not be deported to any franchise if the trainer fails in the exam. 1.3 We also recommend our Franchise owners to go through all the courses and get certified. 1.4 This training program provides detailed guidelines for training and postures. Along with the training we also provide the training manual which is in detail for all the exercises. 1.5 Training continues throughout the life of our franchise owners and trainers. 1.6 We also provide franchisees with an operations Manual & Reception Manual for smooth functioning of the Gym.
