Auto herb was started in 2014 by two partners Mr. Prashant Rane & Mr. Ritesh Patil with a clear concept of giving complete auto detailing services to clients at a very affordable price with a world-class experience.
They have started their first outlet in Baner, Pune Mr. Ritesh was responsible to take care of customer services and Mr. Prashant takes to care of customers' Relationships and support. • Within a span of 2 years auto herb made a huge customer base and in 2016 they have started franchising their services to multiple locations. • Auto herb has grown up to 25+ centers and planning to expand across India.

1.1 Auto Herb operates on a franchise model (FOFO). 1.2 All the Auto Herb Centers are owned by individual franchisees. 1.3 The Franchisees are the owners of business. 1.4 They invest in the place and derive the profits from the business. 1.5 Auto Herb charges 12% Royalty on Sales. 1.6 Auto Herb ensures that all the Centers enjoy a certain level of exclusivity in their respective areas. It makes it a point that no center opens so close to an existing center so that it start affecting the sales of both the centers. However, the Franchise Agreement as such is non-exclusive.
