The Kebab Exchange' offers mouth-watering delicacies like Kebabs, Biryanis, Salans, and Kebab Rolls prepared by some of the best cooks from Kanpur, to provide an authentic Mughlai the culinary experience at an affordable price. The focus of our restaurant is delivery and takeaway of Indian food. We have positioned ourselves as an Indian ‘gourmet ‘ restaurant/takeaway/delivery or QSR ( quick service restaurants) & are targeting middle to upper middle income customers. Our customer is a savvy, well-traveled executive/family who has a liking for flavourful and superior quality food. Considering the price sensitivity of the market our pricing strategy has been carefully thought of & has kept us very competitive and will vary from city to city. We offer good quality food, hygienically packed at affordable prices. In a nutshell, we intend to create a successful local brand of international standing in the Indian market & becoming a household name for Indian cuisine.
Typically, how it works is the food will be cooked as per the menu in individual outlets which have their own self- contained kitchens. The kitchen staff will be sourced and trained by our master chef and the franchisee will purchase from us our proprietary masalas on an ongoing basis. We will provide all the décor designs, and brand-related collateral from our end, the cost for the same is incorporated in the investment.
