Franchisee Terms: : The Franchisee operates under the firm’s brands name and sells the products provided and suggested by the company only.
Territory Rights : Radius of 1.5km will be allocated to the Franchisee in the particular vicinity by the company.
Outlet Interiors: The standard shop size should be minimum 100 sq. ft., interior will be planned as per design decided by the companies designer to fit all the necessary equipments, tables and fixtures as per sq ft and location of the outlet etc. The interior remains compulsory form the company Architect.
Branding: It includes Main board, Menu board, Wall frames, Vinyl printing, Vinyl pasting, Lollypop etc. To maintain standardisation throughout the franchise outlets.
Outlet Handover: Outlet will be ready within 20-25 working days by the Architect appointed by the company.
Billing Software: : It remains compulsory for maintaining the operating standards.
- Agreement Terms is of 5 Years. - Agreement will be renewal cost will be decide mutually - Food Cost: 40% - Net Margin 35% - Staff will be hire by Franchisee. - Complete Training will be provided by Brand - Franchisee can purchase the machinery locally as per given specification by brand - Interior can be done locally as per given design by Brand. - Raw Materials will be provided by the brand. - Marketing & sales increasing strategy Support. - Online delivery partners tieup Swiggy | Zomato | Uber Eats | Food Panda - Employ Required: 2 to 5 Staff
Training and Managements: The Company will provide specialized training for the staff employed by the franchisee at its finalized outlet. Profit Margin: The Company shall provide the franchisee a set of products which would generate a sale to the outlet. The profit margins are approximately 30% to 80% on the purchase price of the products. Advertisements / Promotion: The Franchisee will invest on the advertisements / Promotion as discussed by the company as and when required. Designer: The Franchisee will have to pay the designer amount of 5 Thousand for the entire 1 year for the design provided by the designer of the company. Eg: (Opening shortly, New arrivals products, Festivals, Offers, Combos and design required for the operation of the franchisee).
License: FSSAI & other related local licenses are mandatory to open your outlet.
Opening Date : The opening date would be decided only after the approval / discussion with the company.
