Brief Information Business would be run in the name of The Beer Café in the designated geography. Total investment would be arranged and deployed by the franchisee including working capital The Beer Cafe would help in creating the infrastructure i.e. kitchen set up, bar set up, interior decor, instruments & equipment procurement, recruitment & training of staff, etc. Business Management would be looked after completely by The Beer Cafe or by the franchisee as per the terms of the agreement (FOFO or FOCO). This includes day-to-day operations, staff recruitment & training etc. The business would be run by SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) designed by The Beer Cafe for the purpose. Advantages Advantages of getting associated with leading alco-beverage chain in the country. As The Beer Cafe undertakes the responsibility (in case of the FOCO model only) of putting up the total set up including interior decor, procurement of instruments & equipment, and also the recruitment & training of manpower to be deployed (investment would be made by the franchisee), the franchisee is free from a huge workload. Because of the unique business model and support mechanism the franchisee achieves the business break-even point in a short span of time.
